I’m having that old itch to write a book again. When I finally do, it’s going to be so amazing I am afraid I might become one of those famous writers that just “pops up” but I don’t want that… I shall write it in secret… They will all want to know who I am but they’ll never know muhahhaa

    'Gone Girl' by Gillian Flynn

This book has so many twists and turns I couldn’t put it down. I’d think “oh I’ll just read to the end of this chapter and then I’ll go do something else” and I did but the whole time I did that something else I was thinking of the book. Hurrying my task so I could get back to it. I read it in less than two days, I really just couldn’t help myself.

It isn’t even the sort of book I usually go for but I downloaded the first few chapters for free to test it out and I knew I had to have the whole thing immediately.

I guess it is time to stop holding my breath that ‘Legend of the Seeker’ will ever come back either? FFS my DVR is depressing me lol

'Legend of the Seeker' was based on the 'Swod of Truth' books written by Terry Goodkind. I'm down with reading the books instead if they are any good. Has anyone read them?

And thank you on the about me compliment. That makes me grin like a chesire cat.

Speaking of alice in wonderland, do you read books? I am looking for a good one to read. I have been reading fairy tails for the past 2 months a. because they're free on google books and b. because I am researching them for songwriting subjects etc.

anyway, you read any good books lately?

I am a MAJOR Alice in Wonderland fan, so *grins right back*

Heck yea, I read books! You should SO read the “His Dark Materials” series! By, Phillip Pullman. “The Golden Compass”; “The Subtle Knife” and “The Amber Spyglass”. I LOVED them. There is so much imagination and wonder and adventure in them, I’d be very surprised if you didn’t find a muse in the mix.

Just wow. Epic. Click through to see it, it was too big to fit on here. “Neil Gaiman asked Jim Lee to illustrate one of his poems, the result is pretty stunning. “100 Words” is a 10″ x 28″ digital print, has an edition of 750, and costs $38 $50 now.”Jim Lee x Neil Gaiman = “100 Words” Art Print

I read ‘Neverwhere’ and ‘American Gods’ last week and became and instant Neil Gaiman fan… Then I watched the ‘Neverwhere’ TV series in 2 evenings… I *love* him so major.
