I was starving, hadn’t eaten anything yet today (too busy), I was craving a cheeseburger but found something more satisfying. Whipped a Greek Pita up with Spinach Artichoke Parmesan Quiche, Munster cheese, fresh chopped spinach & green onion. SO yummy!
I remember when the only recipe I had was the one from my great grandmother but in recent years I’ve seen it pop up on cooking shows and there are several recipes on google now. I looked at a few of them, most of them are missing a couple secret ingredients MUHAHAHA
*gag* I am so mad. The pork chops I just bought are in a terrible state! I am probably just going to throw them away. They were “meat glued” and very badly, they were falling apart while I was simply trying to rinse them off. There is no way I could bread them and fry them like I planned. Also, if they couldn’t be bothered to even “meat glue” them properly they could be dangerous to eat. I am never buying meat at Albertson’s again, that’s the final straw.
I wanted the bone-in chops anyway but they were sliced paper thin and they were tiny, smaller than a slice of Franz bread. I knew there was a reason the boneless was cheaper than the bone-in… If you don’t know what Meat Glue is, I am really sorry but you need to watch this:
